All You Need to Know About the Refreshed 4Ps Guidance
Virtual | 19:00-20:00, 8 July 2026
This webinar will provide members with an overview of the refreshed ‘A Partnership between Patients, Practitioners and the Public within Imaging and Radiotherapy services: Guiding Principles’ document.
Also known as the 4Ps, this guidance was first written in 2018, and has now been updated to reflect societal, regulatory and policy changes.
In the session, we’ll provide an overview of what has changed and why. We will give examples of how you can use it in your clinical practice, education and/or research, as well as showing you how this guidance can support service development and quality improvement work.
The session will be delivered by:
Dr Emma Hyde, PhD, MEd, BSc (Hons), NTF, FHEA, Head of Education & Research, Society & College of Radiographers
Rachel King, Senior International Evidence Manager, Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (MSIF)
This webinar is free for all SoR members and everyone is welcome, whether in clinical practice, leadership, education or research roles. Student radiographers and apprentices, assistant practitioners and support workers are particularly welcome to come and find out more about the 4Ps.
