Racism in the Workplace | Q&A

As part of our response to our Racism in the Workplace survey, we are holding a member panel Q&A on 22 July at 18:00.

Panel

The panel will include Epiphania Muranda, Chair of the Equalise Race Equity Group; Rubi Gubara-Sannie, EDI and Organisational Development Consultant at Turning Tables Consulting; Leandre Archer, Head of Industrial Relations at the Society of Radiographers; and Michelle Codrington-Rogers, Policy Lead - Anti-Racism at the Trades Union Congress (TUC).

Overview

This will be a space to reflect on what members shared, ask questions and discuss what practical support and action are needed, including how we strengthen speaking up, reporting and active allyship across the profession.

We will also share some of the interventions we are working on to better support members, reps and workplaces in recognising, responding to and challenging racism in the workplace.

We know that one discussion will not resolve everything. However, this is an important step in listening to what members have shared and using it to shape meaningful support and action.
