Schwartz Round | Finding My Professional Identity

As part of our 2026/27 Professionalism Campaign, we are hosting a Schwartz Round entitled: “Work in Progress: Finding My Professional Identity”

Schwartz Rounds provide a safe, facilitated, and reflective space where healthcare professionals can explore the emotional and human aspects of working in healthcare.

What to expect

The session begins with three storytellers sharing brief personal reflections, related to the chosen theme. These stories will focus on experiences that have shaped professional growth, influential moments in a career journey, or individuals who have served as role models and sources of inspiration.

Following these reflections, trained facilitators guide the conversation and invite attendees to share their own perspectives and experiences. Through open dialogue and reflection, we aim to promote professionalism, reinforce core values, and encourage authenticity and meaningful connection across our membership.

Who can attend

This round is open to all members, and will be held online, through Microsoft teams.
