Public Health for Imaging and Oncology Professionals 2026 is a two-part educational event that provides participants with foundational knowledge of public health principles, terminology, domains, and approaches, illustrated through relevant examples of public health initiatives by radiographers within the UK.

The webinar will centre on the four core domains of health protection, health improvement, population healthcare, and the wider determinants of health. This approach will equip imaging and oncology professionals with practical insights to integrate preventive interventions and health promotion into everyday practice in line with expectations outlined in the AHP UK Public Health Strategic Framework 2025-2030.

Webinar 2 continues building on the previous webinar, highlighting the basic principles of a public health radiography PHR approach in setting up a PHR initiative at Trust-wide or regional level.
 

It will also feature remarkable presentations of PHR initiatives by radiographers storifying the impact they intend to create within our health ecosystem.
