We are delighted to offer you this Creative Journaling Workshop as part of our RADIATE: Wellbeing programme led by Blank Canvas in partnership with the Laura Hyde Foundation.

You’ll be introduced to the benefits of journaling for your mental health and be provided with a range of ideas to get started. We hope it will equip you with some creative strategies to encourage mental wellbeing.

You don't need to be typically creative to take part, and all you’ll need for the session is some plain paper, notebook, sketchbook or journal and some colouring pencils and a pen!

This journaling workshop is one of the many services available from the Laura Hyde Foundation, as part of their ongoing work to promote mental health among frontline employees.
